  • Sealed Blind Box [RETURN ALLOWED]: Must remain 100% fully factory-sealed in its original shrink-wrap/foil with an undamaged outer box.
  • Confirmed Figure [RETURN ALLOWED]: The outer box may be opened to verify the card, but the internal silver/foil bag MUST remain 100% factory-sealed.
  • Opened Foil Bag [RETURNS STRICTLY DENIED]: Once the internal protective foil bag is unsealed, cut, or altered, the item is strictly non-returnable.

2. DDP & Outbound Shipping Deductions

  • Return shipping costs and tracking are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • For all "Change of Mind" returns, the non-recoverable local customs duties, import taxes (pre-paid by us under DDP terms), and original outbound shipping fees will be strictly deducted from your final refund.

3. Manufacturer Defects & Anti-Fraud

  • Official Flaws: Minor paint variances, asymmetric joints, or slight gloss differences are standard industry anomalies and are not eligible for refunds. For major structural breakage, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is legally required.

4. Refund Processing
